Rolled the FJ

At the FJ summit this last week I managed to put the FJ on its side. I am still working with the insurance company to iron out the details on the claim.

Once I have additional details I will post about what happened and the insurance claim process.

This happened the day before the summit started so I was unable to participate in any of the organized activities.

Thanks for all the kind and encouraging words.

Oh, man! That SO sucks! I hope you and everyone else in the FJ are OK, and the FJ gets fixed.

Give pictures on your follow up. You know that’s a kind of “rite of passage” for hard core 4 wheelin. I hope it just ‘fell’ over, rather than a true roll. Regardless, I hope your repairs are straight forward, and no injuries.

What trail, what feature, etc.. really curious about the circumstances..I gave the recovery scenario presentations this year and would love to know more and see if you would be willing to send me some pics to add to my presentation for future venues..

A lot of folks can learn from what might have happened and what to avoid.

First off, I glad you and the family are ok!

Secondly, ouch… would love to see pictures etc of how it happened. I would hate to do the same. Learn from others mistakes so I can make my own creative ones…
